Dota-licious

Well, it has been since x number of days whereby i have been spending my time engaging myself in the warcraft dota game that currently is the fever topic amongst the guys in our class. And wow, i can't imagine, the game i use to find boring seemed interestingly enjoyable this time. Its probably because my brother joins in too and not to forget, friends to play with.
Although many unhappy and undesirable heated situation occurred during the game(due to some dumb ppl;idiotic man), it was overall fine. But what i totally abhor are players who blame their teammates for their cause of death. How can you blame the other party when they chose to under-estimate situations that are clearly risky. Its like what the hell?!

Am currently pining for my next allowance and waiting for someone to hire me for a part time job. I so need the money......

First day of 2nd Sem

The long term break has ended, somehow i had this mixture of feelings, 1/2 looking forward to school, the other 1/2 dreading school. Well its probably friends i miss and lessons i dislike.The long hours of school did not change for the better, mondays & tuesday are the worst.LOL with no breaks between those long stretch of boring math lessons.(freaking planning right?) Although the advantage to this situation is we start school at a later time which means more slp. Im so gonna change math class and transfer myself to jay's class.Having company is better than none especially having to face such dry topic, i definately need some entertaining!And i am so envious of meryl, shes soon-to-be in the same class as harry potter.Goodness!His smile is just so cute~~~~i wish i had a younger brother this cute.LOL

Recently..
im really desporate for cash.(I need a new phone!!)I need extra to support my expensive taste.So i have decided to work while i study(although i am doing that currently).Truefully working at the comic shop doesn't support my expenditure, its because i don't work often.So i am so sorry aunty!!!I really need something that is more stable. A phone is all i can think of.*sigh*Mummy doesn't want to buy me one..
And i just bought a bag, its rather huge but im loving it; have no regrets getting it even though my maid was screeching over the price.LOL im so gonna bring it to the concert on the 24th of november.Speaking of that!!!!Its 40 more days to that big event~*hearts thumping* I just can imagine jaejoong smiling to me!OMG!haha..

Okay, im just gonna end short here, been quite tired lately.

My Music Melachonly-

"Why hadn't i pay more attention during class"that was the line ringing through my head as i reflected back during my old secondary school days where i had to go for MEP(Music elective programme) Which was a study of the history of music. Medival>Baroque>Renassiance>Classical>Romantic>20th Century

Not only must we memorize every era's composer, we also had to identify who played them.Which was like impossible to me?I didn't have any knowledge about classical music unlike my other classmates who were pianist.And after identifying, we had to state reasons why we thought so.e.g(playing patterns,technique,dynamics,impressionalism,instruments etc)
Now this gave me headaches everytime i tried to guess.LOL(They just sounded similar)Other than the Baroque's harpsichord and instruments, i had the faintest idea how the others sounded like. I only memorized a few(Like mozart is famous for his violin compositions, schubert for his dreamy-like tunes, Johanne sebestian bach's technique-like pieces).
We had to learn a part of an opera(german) and were expected to know the story and why the composer wrote the phrase this way.(What was he/she thinking?)Certain technique belongs to an era or was influenced by other composer.

Not only that, there was also the composing section we need to familarize.The first 4 notes will be given and the following 12 bars are to be filled by you.I was lucky i had an advantage due to my electone background, i was able to compose tuneful melodies. Surprisingly, my teacher praised me for that and told me i had talent for it(which i highly doubted).

Not to forget, We were also expected to learn world music which included the gamelan(indonesian), Japanese, african, chinese and the indians. This was easy for me as it wasn't hard recognising the different instruments which somehow sounded different prominantly.
Gamelan had bell-like sounding instruments, Japanese had the pitch-bending-like flute sounds with simple drums and koto, African music had complex tempo rythms of drums playing(each drum had different rythms).The chinese on the other hand was easy, their main instrument was the dizi,pipa,guzhen& er hu. Lastly the indians also had flute,string liked instruments that sounded like guitars and drums.

I must say most classical music aren't melodious, they can go on for 4 pages without a signified tune.This made me sway from classical, i turn on more to sad orchestral music like joe hisashi's. Debussy, Rachmanioff, richard wagner, hector belioz and certain operas like mozart's magic flute and the phantom of ther opera just made me fell for them. I just love how those string instrument sound as they expressed their beauty through clear high pitch sounds that never seem to go off tune.And tutti of course..

It was perhaps the pressure that made me turn away from MEP.There was just too much to learn!And i practically missed the first few months of MEP(due to band practices), resulting into serious lagging in my studies. By the time i joined, the other students already had a brief introduction, i on the other hand was completely blank.They were also in cliques which made lessons boring as there weren't any friends to motivate me. Worse, i had to cope with band practices as well which was everday and i ended up reaching home at 7. And i swear i felt like giving up.School Classes ended at 2.15, band practice at 2.30 and MEP at 3.00. I was of course expected to turn up for band even though it was just that measely half an hour.My MEP lessons ended at 6 but never fails to extend till 7. I was dying trying to keep my eyes open during the lessons. Although some lessons were enjoyable. I was amazed when one of my classmates played the beethoven's presto agitato Moonlight Sonata. Goodness!Look at those hands!It was so extremely difficult having to press so many notes(the right one somemore.)

And sadly now i regret not having given my best outta it. I enjoy classical more now and hope to learn it again(once i find my thick textbook). Come to think of it, if i had my own personal laptop at that time, i could be exposed more to music as they are readily available on the net.*sigh* I was thankful for not failing that sub and part of the credit goes to my practical. I was way much better at the songs.And i wonder if the examiners had minus a handful of my marks for not wearing school U on that day.

Thanks to great daddy!I will thereby be granted a chance to see my jaejoong!And goodness, i am so exctied about the upcoming concert in november the 24th.Again, give thanks to my daddy!LOL he was the great soul that was willing to pay for my concert and accommadations etc. I was about to give up when he suddenly said "Ask your friend to hlp you get the tix, I PAY My reaction was: Did i just hear the pay word?!?!!!"At that moment i felt angel's blessings!Oh kami-sama~~~~~~~~~~~

But then again~LOL Yusuke is currently a hottie i just noticed in hana kimi+_+!

Zac effron is taken!*sighs*BUT nevertheless!I so agree that Zanessa is a match-make from heaven!
I just love his blue eyes and great voice!!

Conclusion: I realise greatly how the pair of eyes can do such great impact on me!Its probably something i lookout when i go for guys.LOL The first thing i see...the eyes~
